By-Laws & Restrictions
Things to Remember
- Boats, trailers, RV's etc. cannot be kept in the
driveway or on the side of the house, unless they
are behind a fence.
- Grass must stay cut, or it will be cut by the
Lawn Maintenance Crew contracted by the neighborhood.
You will be billed.
- Inoperable vehicles cannot be kept anywhere but
in the garage.
- Do not leave children's toys, bikes, or other
objects in the yard overnight.
- ATV's are not permitted by law on the streets
or on the common areas in the neighborhood.
